The mighty River Tay is Scotland's longest salmon river at 117 miles and the deepest too. The Tay's headwaters have many huge lochs which feed the river with consistent fishable water levels. There are also several big tributary rivers that flow into the Tay making her a truly unique Scottish salmon fishing proposition.
Here's a lovely grey sky shot of an angler out on the middle River Tay near the Perthshire town of Murthly. The Tay has some serious nautural magic and beauty which will captivate your mind on every occasion you're out on her riverbanks.
